Payment Options

  • Cheryl Dielman does not accept insurance and is private pay only.

  • Payment is due on the day of service. 

  • We accept cash, check, major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards.

  • ​You can request a statement to submit to your insurance company if you have out of network benefits.
